About JI Website
Our History
We are a new, small company with over 25 years in the construction industry. Being a smaller company, we are able to focus on your project, keep costs down, and pass those savings on to you. After spending over 22 years as a certified residential, and commercial building inspector, I grew tired of poor workmanship, poor quality and seeing good people being taken advantage of by contractors that were all about the money and not about their product or their customers. I set out to change that or at least make a difference with our customers and ensure they didn't have that same experience. That is how

Our Team
Our team consists of experienced and skilled professionals from both the field and business side of the industry. People that have done the work and those that understand the codes and requirements to ensure it's done right.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of construction services, including design, planning, project management, and post-construction maintenance. We are committed to delivering exceptional results on every project. We are a little different in that we don't take on just any project. We don't want to be the fastest or the cheapest.
